Aasha Ferenci
Reach Beyond Exercise Physiology is led by Aasha Ferenci who is a dual accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist. She graduated from the University of South Australia in 2009 with a Bachelor of Health Science and has been working as an Exercise Physiologist in the fitness industry for over 15 years.
Aasha has always been empowered by health and fitness and includes exercise daily in her own busy life. A mother of two young children she is always on the move and enjoys outdoor activities at the beach, camping and exploring parks with her children and dog.
In addition to her individual/group EP clients and Personal Training, Aasha is a qualified group fitness instructor and is passionate about the comradery shared in group workouts. She is fully accredited in both Barre and Arena MMA and enjoys taking Active Kids classes for school age children.
Exercise and good health practices are a way of life for Aasha. She thrives on helping others and gains a great sense of achievement in seeing her clients reach their goals no matter how big or small. She will go above and beyond for her clients to personalize programs, finding the best exercise mode to fit their lifestyle. Aasha believes that exercise is an underutilised medicine for health - Movement is the key!

Hydrotherapy
Exercise therapy delivered in a warm-water pool to reduce joint load, improve mobility, and support strength and confidence in movement. Ideal for pain management, rehabilitation, and low-impact conditioning.
Gym-Based Therapy
Individualised exercise programs delivered in a supportive gym environment, focusing on strength, mobility, balance, and functional movement to support everyday activities and long-term outcomes.
Indoor Play Based Therapy
Engaging, play-based exercise sessions designed to improve coordination, strength, and confidence in a fun and supportive indoor environment—particularly suited for children and young people.
Home Visits
Exercise physiology services delivered in the comfort of your own home, tailored to your space and daily routines to support safe, practical, and meaningful progress.
School Visits

NDIS

DVA (Department of Veterans’ Affairs)
Exercise physiology services available for eligible DVA clients, focusing on rehabilitation, functional improvement, and ongoing physical wellbeing.
Work Cover/ MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident)
Targeted rehabilitation programs to support recovery from work-related injuries, promote safe return to work, and reduce the risk of re-injury.
Medicare (Enhanced Primary Care Plans)

What is exercise physiology?

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
A referral is not required for private clients. However, referrals are needed for services accessed through Medicare (EPC plans), NDIS, DVA, or WorkCover.
Who can benefit from exercise physiology?
Exercise physiology can support people of all ages, including those recovering from injury or surgery, managing chronic or neurological conditions, improving mobility, or working toward greater strength and independence.
What happens during my first appointment?
Your initial session includes an assessment of your medical history, movement, and goals. From there, a personalised exercise program is developed to suit your needs and preferences.
Where are sessions delivered?
Sessions can be delivered in a home studio, hydrotherapy pool, indoor playground, at home, in schools, or in the community, depending on what best suits your needs.
Can I use my NDIS or Medicare funding?
Yes. Services are available for NDIS participants and clients with a valid Medicare Enhanced Primary Care plan. DVA, WorkCover, and private health options are also available where eligible.
Do you offer home or school visits?
Yes. Home and school visits are available and tailored to the individual’s environment to support practical, real-life outcomes.
