Reach Beyond Exercise Physiology is led by Aasha Ferenci,a dual accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist. She graduated from the University of South Australia in 2009 with a Bachelor of Health Science and has been working as an Exercise Physiologist in the fitness industry for over 15 years.
Aasha has always been empowered by health and fitness and includes exercise daily in her own busy life. A mother of two young children she is always on the move and enjoys outdoor activities at the beach, camping and exploring parks with her children and dog.
In addition to her individual/group EP clients and Personal Training, Aasha is a qualified group fitness instructor and is passionate about the comradery shared in group workouts. She is fully accredited in both Barre and Arena MMA and enjoys taking Active Kids classes for school age children.
Exercise and good health practices are a way of life for Aasha. She thrives on helping others and gains a great sense of achievement in seeing her clients reach their goals no matter how big or small. She will go above and beyond for her clients to personalize programs, finding the best exercise mode to fit their lifestyle. Aasha believes that exercise is an underutilised medicine for health - Movement is the key!
