At Reach Beyond Exercise Physiology, gym-based therapy programs are tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and current abilities. Exercises are carefully selected and progressed based on clinical assessment, ensuring they are appropriate, achievable, and aligned with evidence-based practice.

Gym-based therapy is suitable for a wide range of individuals, including those recovering from injury or surgery, managing chronic or neurological conditions, returning to activity or work, or looking to build strength and confidence in movement. Sessions may focus on improving posture, functional capacity, injury prevention, and overall physical conditioning.

Therapy can be delivered at Reach Beyond Private home studio in Tea Tree Gully or integrated with other services such as hydrotherapy or community-based sessions. Services are available for private clients and other eligible funding options including NDIS, Medicare, DVA, and Work Cover.
