Exercise physiology services under the NDIS are designed to support participants to improve functional capacity, independence, and overall quality of life. Programs are aligned with individual NDIS goals and delivered using a person-centred approach.

Services may include gym-based therapy, hydrotherapy, home visits, community-based sessions or school support, depending on the participant’s needs. Progress is monitored regularly, with programs adjusted to support safe and meaningful outcomes.
